Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or any Business Administration related field
• With at least 7 – 10 years work experience, 5 – 7 years of which are in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent people and client management skills
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule

Job Description:

• Accounts Payable management and performance of all employees within groups
• Monitor statistics from processing and reviewing teams, ensure productivity and quality targets are met
• Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives, drive analytics and client-driven projects
• Serve as primary client and contact for accounts payable processes
• Ensure consistent application of human resource processes including career development, resourcing and performance management across teams
• Work with key stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless and cost efficient performance
