Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of billing experience
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Netsuite and Supply Pro would be an advantage
• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to perform work precisely and thoroughly
• Excellent data entry skills
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What You Will Do:

• Review work orders and invoices through ERP.
• Review field service reports for accuracy.
• Review costs required for each job.
• Package, mail, and email invoices to customers.
• Maintain customer portals.
• Provide support to Accounts Receivable for dispute resolution.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and client contacts.
• Identify inconsistencies.
• Answer questions from internal departments and address problems.
• Post bills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
