Job Summary
- To oversee and supervise all works of the entire HR and Admin Department, as well as provide updated information concerning all Company personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities – Human Resources
Personnel Administration
- Ensure strict compliance of all employees to Company Policies and Procedures.
- Implement and monitor employee adherence to Company Policies.
- Attends to all HR-related concerns and issues.
- Processes all personnel movements.
Employee Relations
- Prepare and issue administrative/disciplinary related memorandum.
- Recommend and administer necessary and approved disciplinary actions.
- Supervise administration of performance appraisals of all personnel.
- Monitor evaluation and submission of periodic performance appraisals.
- Review evaluations submitted by each Department Heads.
- Handle personnel problems and request for information and/or clarification referred by Department Heads.
- Conduct in-depth interviews for resigning employees.
- Gather and review needed information on certain employee cases.
- Oversee personnel movements.
10. Provide occasional job coaching and counseling.
Training and Development
- Supervise and monitors all training and development activities of the company.
- Ensures that all training schedules are implemented as per schedule.
- Monitor training schedule of newly hired employees for proper orientation.
- Conducts training needs analysis and administer corresponding survey needed.
- Maintain and updates various Company training materials/handouts/modules.
- Recommends and/or prepares employee training programs as well as its materials needed.
- Evaluate training reports and endorse proper action to Management pertaining to result of the training program.
- Coordinates with various training service providers for both in-house and external training and development of employees.
- Ensures that all supporting documents for training (ex. Training Contract, Request for External Training Application, etc) are well kept and properly filed in the concerned employee’s 201 files.
10. Provided needed HR-related reports.
Job Organization and Information
- Ensures proper maintenance and filing of all Company personnel’s Job Descriptions.
- Assists other Department Heads in occasional revisions of their personnel’s Job Descriptions.
- Maintains an organized and functional file of these Job Descriptions, specification, job design and evaluation.
Documentation and Report Administration
- Monthly Manpower Plantilla
- Monthly New Hirees List
- Monthly List of Resigned Employees
- Monthly List of Performance Appraisal of Employees
- Proper supervision and monitoring of employment status (probationary, regularization, promotions, transfers, etc) of all Employees
- Supervision and monitoring of all employees’ 201 files
Government Compliances
- Represents the Company for hearing before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) and/or Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
- Ensures that all employees, regardless of status, have proper government-mandated benefits.
Administration
- Over-all supervision of all Admin-related areas like Building and Maintenance, Safety and Security, Purchasing, Warehousing and Logistics
Job Requirements
- Male or female, been 30 – 40 years old.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or its equivalent.
- Preferably with Post graduate units earned in Psychology, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations or any related field.
- Preferably with at least five (5) years HR experience in a service oriented industry in all areas of Human Resources.
Job Specifications
- Must have a extensive background on the following: Recruitment and Selection / Compensation and Benefits / Employee Relations / Training and Development / Organizational Development / Labor Law
- Proficient in all computer software and applications particularly in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- With an above average oral and communication skills; inter-personal; planning; organizing; analytical; problem-solving; negotiating; coaching and counseling skills.

- Must possess an above average general management skills, a self-starter, results-driven and can manage changes well.
- Has commitment to excellent customer service and the Company’s Code of Ethics.
- Highly motivated, attentive to details, can keep confidential matters, and has the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
- Must be highly organized, analytical and systematic individual.
- Must have a sense of urgency and initiative to perform set duties even without instructions.
- Can work under minimum supervision and able to cope up with pressures and deadlines.
- Willing to work long hours.
