RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Requirements and Credentials
-Must be age 27 to 35 years old.  
-Preference is given to females.
-Must be a college graduate of a 4-year business administration course.
-Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
-Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m. or a later morning shift such as 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
-Must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
-Must be able to consistently meet deadlines.
-Must have sound decision-making skills.
-Must speak and write English with a level of 8 or above.

Salary Scale:
Negotiable based on experience.

Character Markers
-Must have a pleasing and outgoing personality.
-Must look mature, clean and professional in appearance.
-Must have no behavioral issue markers:  ie; commitment, lack of confidence, psychological instability, history of insubordination, personal drama.
-Preference is given to sanguine/choleric personalities.
-Must be a problem solver and have sound critical and creative thinking skills.
