Qualifications:

• Accepts any business graduate
• SWIFT cross - border payment (MT103 / 202, telegraphic transfer, foreign remittance, high value payment, global payment) experience
• Proven experience in Banking Operations, with a good understanding of Swift cross - border payment
• Good Interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others
• Strong relationship building, influencing, and management skills
• SWIFT Payments System knowledge
• Strong PC skills (MS Office)
• Remittance Operations
• Analytical Thinking
• Customer Service Orientation

Job Description:

• Manage a team that handles the daily foreign incoming and outgoing remittance operations of a foreign bank for a specific geography in a shared service center environment
• Administers the performance appraisal process within the area. Monitors job performance of team members and provides constructive feedback directly, and / or coaches other team members on providing constructive feedback to any staff assigned to them
• Coordinates work distribution with clients to ensure deadlines / project milestones and customer requirements are achieved and standard processes are being followed. Drive the completion of client deliverables
• Act as checker / maker for SWIFT payments (outgoing / incoming) transaction under client manager
• Supervise (3) to ten (10) SWIFT payment team members
