The P2,500 daily rate, meron ba tong minimum ng days na kailangan mag-stay? Kasi we only need the place for one night. And also, included na ba ang paggamit ng amenities like the swimming pool dun sa rate na yun?

How much is the 1 month rental

Our unit is still available on the dates you have specified. This is 2BR unit fully furnished. Rate is P25,000.00 per month exclusive of utilities and association dues. We require full payment prior to move in and P10,000 deposit to cover for utilities and dues. Should you confirm booking, we need you to issue the security deposit of P10,000.00 so we can already block off the schedule you requested.

Hi I got ur reply I could tell my sisters about this and may I know if we give the deposit and at time we check out how can we get back any refund after the sum of the power and water were deducted would you give us back the refund on the day we are leaving?In what name we can send the deposit can we send it by door to door. We have to wait for the bills to arrive and compute the bills based on our stay. We usually give back the excess to the relatives living here for those who reside outside the Phils. If you have relatives here you can send the payment to them and we can meet up with them so they can check out the unit and we can sign a lease agreement.

Hello In that 2 bedrooms what size of the bed in 1st room and do you have a double bunks bed in the 2nd room, coz there are 2 teens boys will be staying and as they are not use of sleeping together in one bed. im interested in 2br, is this in alecante or barcelona?i stayed in Marquinton for 2 months.

im only interested to rent the 2br overnyt or for 1day only. We're going to use the place for the HMU preparation for our wedding day since Marquinton is very near to Glass Garden.
