condo needed short term only

Hello. I am looking for an accommodation for a family of 4 (2 kids & 2 adults) staying between June 22 to July 16 only (22 nights) . We prefer fully furnished condo, but most of the time we will be out visiting family.
There will be a time we will be not at home for almost a week at all. Our budget is up to P19,000, all inclusive. Can you help us find a place, please. Not necessarily from mayfield park but we would prefer something close to public transport and shopping centres.

Hi and thanks for the message. Well your budget is lower than my promotional rate of 1,000 a night. Where you from, USA or Europe? Maybe I could match your budget but it will be not including electricity. Well if you will stay most of the day out should not result a big expense. Internet in the unit is an option and cost 300 a week. There is included cable tv, water, association due and a very convinient private covered parking area visible from the unit. Are you in Friendster or in Facebook?
