hii would like to inquire on how much will a 1 month stay costs in one of your units.. is 25K still the price? do you have some that are lesser and if the 25K rooms are only limited?how should i reserve?

Hello Wilson,

Thankyou for your enquiry. The only two bed apartment we have at 25k is Mayfield. All of the others are 30k. If you would like to see our full selection of condos then visit our website at http://www.pearlslettingagency.com. Once you have decided which condo you would like to rent then e-mail 'pearlslettings@yahoo.com' to check availability. You can arrange a viewing before you decide to reserve by calling our Property Manager Precy on 0063 920 212 4897. Once you are sure you would like to reserve then you need to visit the Reservations section of our website, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click 'Reserve Now' and make a payment of $50 via paypal. i see.. i only want to rent for a month how will the arrangements be? will it be the same price as the 30K that youve mentioned?

Dear Wilson,

The price for just one month would be 30k plus a 10k security deposit which is returned upon check out.
