1 month rental in Feb/Mar 2009

Hello!

Do you entertain a month renters? I would need a place to stay starting Feb. 26 untl Mar 26.

Hi. Thanks a lot for your interest on the Mayfield unit for rent. However, it is not available anymore as we have a long term renter already for the place.
If you want,we have another unit that you can use during that time. It is a furnished condo unit (sala and dining set, bed, aircon, tv, ref, microwave oven, cooking stove,plus kitchen and dining utensils). It is located in Makati City near the MRT Station, It is for rent at P1,650 per day inclusive of dues and utilities (Meralco, water and cable). If you are staying for a month, rental will be P25,000(per month) plus dues and utilities (electricity and water consumption and cable bill for the month).
