Hi,Just want to inquire if this Unit is available on Dec 15 to Jan 15 2010..is the electricity and water included in 50k? and WIFI??thanks,ruth

Thankyou for your enquiry. The apartment is available on the dates you mentioned. Electricity and water is not included in the rent, neither is the internet or the cable tv which are paid separately on monthly agreements. There are actually two apartments on the 23rd floor and another on the 26th floor so please let us know which one you prefer.
