Hi,I would like to know if you can still able to accommodate us for a month this coming dec and we'll check-out january 1, 2010 at 6pm the latest.If so, I hope we can still avail the PHP 28,000 rent.Thank you and I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.By the way, may safety deposit box ba sa apartment?Regards,AM

Hello AM,

Thank you for your inquiry - we cannot say right now that it would be available on the said time. As for the safety box, it is not available.

Kindly contact us at least a month that you require the condo unit.

Just wondering why you cannot say at this time whether if it would be available or not on the said period?

By the way, is the rent still at 28k (php)? Please confirm as I don't want to wait up to nov and just find out that the rent is not acceptable to me.

I would greatly appreciate if you can give an immediate confirmation of the availability of the place so that I would know if I have to look for another accommodation. I hope you understand my situation.
