Pls advise if this unit (in Serendra) is available from 20th August for 1 month. Facilities available? (ie internet, cable, ...) thanks

Hi, yes it's still available. There's internet, cable and telephone already installed. The unit is fully furnished. The rental fee includes association dues (utilities not included). Parking is available for rent for PHP5,000.
