The condo unit is located in Mayfield Park Residences in Pasig City. Hi there, the condo unit has available dates on April 13th afternoon until April 26th. Our unit has 2 bedroom and balcony plus parking space. If you will book any on these dates we can give you on the price of Php1,000 per night but electricity is not included. Electricity is computed on consumption. Hi there,
at the moment the unit is occupied we cannot view it. You can contact us thru email we are the managing the bookings or you can contact my mother-inlaw at 09197933445 she's looking after the unit.. Our unit is 70sq.m. and has balcony is in the end unit bigger size than usual 2 bedrooms in mayfield. have you seen the video? that is the actual furnishings of unit.

Dear Ms. Carol,
Short-term means minimum rent is 1week to 3 months rent, usually customer from abroad having their holiday in philippines are renting this term because a lot cheaper than staying in hotel.
Long-term minimum rent 6months with a contract, 2 months advance, security deposit, and post-dated checks.
I'm sorry madame, this is a condominium which has high-standard quality of furnishings. Hope you understand now the difference. Thank you.
