I actually just saw your from United P'que 1. United P'que 5 naman ako. We also have several projects in Taguig C-5. Some are still preselling so we can spread the downpayment until turnover date without interest. Our projects are all resort type. The units come with a two-year warranty period. All units are dressed up as well. Painted, tiled etc. Hindi lang kasama bedroom cabinets. But the rest complete. If you won't live in the unit we suggest to put it for rent. Just wanna give you an update with regards to Raya Gardens in Merville Pque. Instead of paying the 10% downpayment payable in 3 months we could stretched it sir until 6 months without interest.

We still have ideally located units available.
