Condo Inquiry

Greetings! I am currently working as an OFW for 1.5 years now. I am working here in a US Military Base situated in Africa. I am interested in the following details:

C. European Loft Type Unit 40 with 1 (one) Bedroom with (1) one T&B sqm – P1M - 40sqm LOFT TYPE—P1.1M/ P 10,015.41/mo*with 1 T & B

Please kindly guide me on how is the process and what are the requirements for me to avail. I want to move-in the soonest possible time if ever.

Question: What is the requirement before I could be able to move-in? Do I have to pay certain amount or number of months? If I have issued PDC, would I be able to move-in soonest? (I want to move-in the soonest time possible so please kindly give me option regarding this. TY)

I will have my vacation of 1month this coming April3, 2012. I want to visit your office and I want to bring with me all the requirements needed.

Thank you for the swift reply. When will the Central Park be on RFO? Will I be able to move-in on RFO of these units if ever I have reserved 1 unit and paying already the monthly DP dues?

The Earliest Turn over on our Pre selling unit is on 2nd half this year. We just need to settle 20% of the Total Contract Price So by then you can already move in. if you have relatives here in Manila it's better if you can ask them to contact me so that we could go to the actual site and reserve the unit. as of now it is sold out but that's why we need the reservation so that we can get the reopen units. just the time you are already here in Philippines. we can settle the requirements.
