i am getting different numbers from different people on same 30SQM Unit at Cambridge. I am told all 30SQM pre-constuctions are gone and only 4 42SQM left
plus nothing over looking pool.
your quote close to a million for 2 bedroom 30SQM other quote was 1.75
I'll do 50% down if you need that for computations
