How to Buy a Property with DMCI Homes

Steps how to buy unit :

It is very important to deal only with DMCI Homes accredited Property Consultant in purchasing your dream condo unit. Call Property Consultant and meet up on site for model unit viewing with you or with your Attorney in Fact. Sign a DMCI Homes official Client Registration Form only with the agent who contacted you or who you contacted through ADS , flyring , or booth. 

To help you with the process :

1. You choose unit and the term you like to avail .

2. Reserve the unit for P20,000.00 for unit , P 10,000.00 Parking ( deductible to the Down Payment)

3. Submit 2 valid I.D's ( if married both husband and wife should provide copies of ID, with 3 specimen signatures)

4. Submit 1 proof billing address & 1 proof of TIN number

5. Sign official RESERVATION AGREEMENT FORM

6. Sign your chosen terms of payment.

7. Property Consultant will submit documents for NOTICE OF APPROVAL ( NOA) then process CONTRACT TO SELL or DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE. 

8. Buyer signing of Contract to Sell and issuance of Post Dated Cheques.

9. Upon cleared 1st 10% TO 50% Down payment agent will process clearance and then you can move with in 45 to 60 days after clearance date. ( 1 1/2 to 2 months from Project Turn Over date)

10. On move in date you will pay the 1 time membership fee for gym, condo-corp, meralco meter, water meter which is around 45,000.00 to  50,000.00

11. Monthly dues is at 35.00 to 50.00 per square meter .
