Not recommended

I do not recommend this because the project managers are the same who managed the bonifacio residences condo in Mandaluyong. IT is a great disappointment. THey are friendly during marketing but will not face you when you have complains especially when you've paid them. It is very stressful dealing with this kind of people. Sources are very reliable.
