Thank you for your inquiry. 1BR w balcony is at 2.9M (all in price). Monthly is as low as Php 8k/month if you like to have a 10% downpayment. Sir/ ma'm, you might consider availing another condo unit to live in, or perhaps for investment. Condos are good investment because its value keeps rising and you can easily have it rented in the future.
