There are several factors in choosing the best location. Taguig is booming but we do not have a project there yet. I handle various projects in Metro Manila such as Pasig, Mandaluyong, Makati, San Juan, and Quezon City by Megaworld Central Properties and Empire East Elite. Most of the concepts are Transit Oriented Development. My best opinion is in Araneta Center, Quezon City. We also invested a unit there.
