What Company is the Most Reputable High Rise #condo Real Estate Developer in the Philippines?
Hello,
Can some members here share their opinion on what company is the most reputable high rise condo developer in the Philippines?... And the reason why?
I see different condo developers on the listings here. I see DMCI, Ayala Land, SM Land, Megaworld, etc.
The reason is, me and my filipina fiancee are planning to buy a condo and I'm not really that familiar in the Philippines real estate.

Hello! I disagree about the recent replies of agents/brokers who are pitching their own company touting to be the best in the real estate industry.
It would be best for you to seek advice from independent brokers/agents not affiliated with any real estate developer company. They have to be able to provide you with the best solution to your needs.

Hi to all visitors
DMCI is the perfect choice of investment for condominiums and even house and lots in the Philippines. Why?
1. We have new projects (preselling) which means cheaper price and more discounts.. it is very affordable and very promising that existing unit owners keep their eyes on acquiring another property as investment especially on our new projects. New projects are usually 50% sold out during launching dates that happens 3 years before the project's turn over dates.
2. DMCI strategically chose to be just near the Business districts but not necessarily inside the "high taxed or lesser return of investments areas" like for example...
a. DMCI projects near The Fort is on the other side of C5 road which, divides Makati and Taguig City. THus, DMCi homes has the same market value compared to other Makati properties but has cheaper tax since it is in Taguig.... this will give more return of investments for the unit owners.
b. Tivoli Gardens is on the other side of Pasifg River but is in Makati Avenue Extension (right across Makati)
c. The Flair towers of DMCI is also in Boni MRT EDSA Station area, right across Makati.
d. La Verti is in Buendia Ave but is just across the boundary of Makati and Pasay.... and many more projets are like these.
3. DMCI homes' 2 bedroom condo units ranges from 2 to 3 million only while other developers ranges from 10 million above for their 2 bedroom units.
4. DMCI has 2 year warranty, others only offer 1 year warranty.
5. DMCI is the ONLY certified "Earthquake resistant Hi-rise real estate developer" in the Philippines. (I can send you links as proof of this just pm me.)
5. To explain more on why this is so... DMCI used to be the contractor and property developer of SM, Ayala and other new developers. This answers why it is cheaper but is more experienced and has the most credible name in the philippine real estate industry. wika nga "Papunta pa lang ang ibang developers sa gusto nilang patunguhan, pabalik na si DMCI"
DMCI has been in the real estate industry for almost 50 years. And also, the owner of DMCI has been one of the top ten richest people in the Philippines... that is because he has places his investment in the real estate industry... so if you can afford it... then start thinking on how rich people think and ACT, invest on the real estate industry. The golden age is yet to come.
