Hello,First, my wife and I are both US citizens and work in the US..however, we bought a small lot in the Philippines that is already paid in full and would like to start on the building project this coming May. We have a little over 20k to start on the building and forseeing might need an additional 20k to finish..How can we get started on this loan process?Is there an initial to process the loan?What is typical timeframe before we can obtain the loan?How is the interest on the loan is determined, what are the basis?What is the repayment period and would there be a pre-payment penalty?We mean business and we have a lot of questions, could we speak to a person instead?Services being rendered are too good to be true we hope that it is how it's advertised.Thanks!
