A lot of your potential buyers are OFW's. So be sure that your listings have complete detail information and more photos. Also, do not forget to put the exact location of your property on the map. These are the information buyers are looking for before they engage the seller.

There are some listings on Real Estate section that only have one photo and one sentence detail. It's not giving the potential buyers enough information to know if the listing is what they're looking for. This type of listing is just often ignored.
