Hiring positions:

• Customer Service Specialists

Responsible for collecting on past due amounts in different stages for auto loans, credit cards, overdrawn checking and savings account, and home mortgages.

• Fraud Specialists

Receive incoming and make outgoing telephone calls and correspond with current customers/merchants who may have fraudulent activity on their account/ merchant establishments. Does research on accounts with disputes in order for it to be resolved.

Qualifications:

- For 2-4 years college graduate, no experience needed.

- For undergrad of 2nd year or with back subjects, you must have at least 1 year experience as a call center agent

- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

- Call Center experience is an advantage

- Hired applicants will be deployed in BGC, Taguig City.

Compensation and Benefits:

• HMO/Healthcard

- 150,000 coverage from Day 1.

- 2 additional dependents can be added for free upon regularization (6 months)

• Life Insurance: Philamlife

• Retirement – minimum of 5 years

• Vacation Leaves and Sick Leaves Provision

• Yearly Appraisal based on performance and salary

• Night Differential 15% - not pro-rated. Shift would just need to fall between 10pm-5am

• Mobility. Can apply for a promotion or move to a different role/department within 1 year. Performance will be checked as well
