• Graduate/Undergraduate of any course
• Know how to speak in English
• At least can type 35 wpm
• 1 year or more of technical support experience

• Stay current with system information, changes and updates
• Follow standard processes and procedures
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
• Resolve and troubleshoot simple or complex issues relating to customers.
