Job Description:

-Answer customers’ inquiries via chat and email

-Deal with customer feedback and concerns

-Responsible for providing excellent customer service

-Maintain productivity and demonstrate initiative to continue learning

Requirements:

-Must be computer literate and can type at least 25 WPM

-Proficient in conversational English

-Must have at least a high school diploma

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-No call center experience is ok

-Willing to start immediately

-Willing to work in Pasay

Salary:

Php 14,000.00 to 22,000.00
