Job Description:

-Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information

-Assist clients with their inquiries in courteous and timely manner

-Provides customers with product and service information

-Handling inbound customer service support calls

-Research required information using available resources

-Serves as the first point of contact for customers over the phone

-Gather customer’s information and determine the issue

-Provide the best solution based on the details provided by the customers

Requirements:

-Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute

-Computer literate and good web navigation skills

-Must have above average communication skill

-Must be flexible with working hours

-Completed at least 2 years in college

-High school graduates and 1 Year college undergraduates require at least 6 months call center experience

-Knowledgeable with computers

-Can start ASAP

-Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills

-Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

Salary:

Php 14,000.00 to 22,000.00
