Functional Responsibilities

First point of contact for all customer service enquiries
-
Handle inbound customer service support calls from customers
-
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
-
Multi-tasking ability (e.g. talking with the customers while accessing information in computer)

Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources (account maintenance)
-
Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor while speaking with external and internal customers.
Required Knowledge and Skills

Fluent in Mandarin, both oral and written

Fluent in English, both oral and written

Strong communication skills

Detail-oriented

Team player
