In house financing

I am moving to the phillipines to live with my G/F. Rather than pay rent is it possible to purchase a home through in house financing in her name. She only has an income of 6000 pasos per mth. I would be willing to put 20 or 30% cash deposit and pay 45000 per mth repayments. I earn $6500 per mth on oil rigs. if indeed it is possible can you send me details of properties and costings
