Could you pls. tell me the exact location of this property? I have a niece that lives in the BF subdivision, but she says that BF is hugh, so, if you could pls. let me know where this house is located, I could give her the info and maybe she could take a drive by the house and give me her opinion of it. We live in the U.S. and will be going to the Philippines for a visit and go house hunting on July 25th. Also, how big is the house and lot? It says in your ad 435 sq. m., but it does not say, if that is the lot or house size. Thanks. Elizabeth Tancinco
