How far is this from Cubao? Can we visit the house for inspection?

Thank you for inquiring with us. It will be 45 minutes away from Cubao including the traffic.
Here is the exact area.
54 Dama de Noche st. Twinville subdivision Conception uno Marikina City.
You will be able to see the fairlain subdivion too after you pass puregold. Please go ahead and enter into the fairlane subdivion. From there, it will be very easy to reach the area. There will be a caretaker to assist you on your visit. Please ask them for the Vicinity map, Tax declaration and photo copy of the title if you need it. Please feel free to look around and enjoy your visit.
