1, how many years to pay?

The 30% downpayment can be paid 3 to 6 mos, the bank loan normally is for 10 years

2, may reservation fee po ba?

Yes but it's only P10K

3, bigyan nyo po ako ng ibang details pa?

Most of the buyers took out bank loans, worth about P2.0 tp 2.5M...the amortization is P 32k/mo for 10 years

4, new po ako at wala ganung idea tungkol sa pagbili ng haws?

Ok lang, madali naman ako kausap at willing akong tumulong para makabili ka...ang importante ay may trabaho ko or business para ma-prove sa bank na may steady source of income ka
