Short details about the house:

• The property is located at Brgy Banjo East, Tanauan City, Batangas and accessible through Kanto ng 216 at Brgy Darasa. The House is approx 500 meters from National Highway.
• 3-bedroom townhouse (1 at ground floor and the other 2 are at second floor.
• Lot area is 55 sqm while the house has 65 sqm floor area (up and down)
• Acquired through Pag-ibig Fund last July 2006 with the original contract price of 780,000 php. Only 650,000 was loaned from Pag-ibig after I placed 130,000 down payment.
• Loan tenure is 20 years to pay with remaining 17 years.
• Monthly amortization is 7,600 (very cheap for this kind of house because you are paying 2006 value)
• The current house and lot value is 1,250,000 (originally 780,000 when I acquired the rights 3 years ago)
• Interested buyer will only pay me the total amount I paid (equity + pag-ibig payment) which is around 450,000. We can further discuss about the payment.
• Interested buyer can assume my remaining loan balance at Pag-ibig, or pay in full (if have money and not Pag-ibig member)
