Job Description

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have JIRA/Confluence admin experience
  • Basic DNS/Server/https experience (Can set up server on AWS, attach JIRA/Confluence instance and set up https on a subdomain)
  • Experience with SQL database basics
  • Experience in JVM, Java, GC, REST API Parsing
  • Experience coding with JavaScript/Python would be nice
  • Ability to help code plugins into JIRA/Confluence and help with UI/mobile applications, and JSON is required

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and/or maintain all corporate and customer instances of our version of JIRA/Confluence (ALOE). 
  • Assist in further development of plugins/integrations.
  • Create workflows and macros in JIRA/Confluence. 
  • Maintain security protocols on all instances.
  • Help transition off of JIRA/Confluence to proprietary code while maintaining/serving the existing customer pipeline.
