SALES ADVISOR (20 SLOT)

Generate revenue by developing potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualify opportunities, proposing solution, forecasting and closing sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Seek new corporate accounts
• Maintain exiting accounts.
• Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
• Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointment, making initials presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales.
• Closes sales by building report with potential clients, expounding on the benefits of Distinct's solution and services capabilities; overcoming objection, etc.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peer as well as executive level management.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests.
• Demonstrated ability to execute result against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, perspective and ethical behavior.
• Higher self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Knowledge in using designing software such us Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Google Sketch-up is an advantages but not required.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• College Graduate / College Level, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Marketing is an advantage.
