Hi,I am a retired US military dual citizen (US and Panamanian) living in Panama City, Panama. I need to assist my girlfriend with an airline ticket & visa to visit Panama during the local Carnivals next year around Feb 2009 (I have the means to provide her airline ticket), but I was wondering if you could assist me in getting my Filipino girlfriend a visa for a month to the Republic of Panama? She has never applied for a tourist visa for Panama or anywhere. She would have to go to Manila to apply in person at the Panamanian Consulate, and I would rather handled it through a professional agency)Thanks in advance, Ernesto
