We are seeking an Account Specialist for an award-winning business in Texas that provides events management, production, and equipment rental services for corporate, personal, and sports events.
They need a team member in Cebu who can update their ERP system with quotes, reservations, and orders; handle bulk invoicing; and serve as the customer representative for designated accounts. This will include coordinating with clients and operations for permit requirements.
You will get a generous pay and benefits package that includes free HMO coverage for you and a dependent, starting on your first day at work. This is a work from home opportunity on the night shift.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Admin and Customer Service is an advantage.
- Excellence in communicating in English, both written and verbal.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Highly organized and attentive to customers’ needs and priorities.
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
