Thank you for your inquire. this condotel is brand new , fuly furnushed , has 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, fully quipped kitchen. located in mandaluyong city, just 10 min drive away to ortigas center and 15 min aways drive to makati, very near to mega mall. the rental for this unit is usd 350 for 7days 6 nights, any addtional nigts will be $ 60 . which city are you coming from? please advise if interested.
