the unit is comfortable stay up to 4 person. Daily rental is usd 65 per night ,weekly rental usd 450  unlimited high speed Internet charge $10 per week. additional charge $8 per night
inclusive utilities, unlimited land line local calls , cable TV , there are laundry stores at ground floor of the building, just phone call from your unit they will come up and pick up charge 45php per KG , after wash and fold will delivery back to your unit. also has drink water station store at ground floor , you can call from the unit they will deliver drink water to your room, ) Robinson super market and just outside of gate. 24hours security guarded in every gate ,  also 24 hours security guard in every tower.
normal check in time 3pm till 8pm check out time is 10am till 12noon. other time check in or check out fee will apply.
