Can we rent the condo for 3 weeks? and how much?

we'll be in the philippines on sept 28-oct 20. how much is the rate for the said dates? and do you have 3 bedrooms for rent in case? or do you have extra bed if we have extra person that will visit us?

thanks for your inquire. the unit has two bedroom and two bathroom, each bedroom with one queen size bed. our weekly raye for 7days 6 night stay is usd 350,additional night is usd 55 per night . your total night is 22 night , your cost will be usd 350 x 3weekly rental(18nights)+ $55x 4 night=$1270 our monthly rental is usd 1200 for 22night , we will just offer you as monthly rental usd 1200 inclusive all water, eletrical bill, cable Tv, unlimited landline calls and weekly maid service ( change bed sheets and clean up the whole unit)
