Skills and Qualifications

• Completed a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Moderate to expert proficiency in Excel.
• Working experience in using an ERP system, Shopify, or ZenDesk is a plus.
• Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication skills and experience working on a team.
• Commitment to contribute to our loving office environment.
• Available to work weekends.
• If you’re bilingual, that would be a great plus.

What You Will  Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service for our eCommerce customers via phone and Zendesk.
• Handle day-to-day operations of eCommerce orders. Daily tasks will include responding to customers promptly; monitoring the order process; taking care of customer chargebacks, returns, and exchanges; tracking missing packages, etc.
• Create and send weekly eCommerce sales reports to business stakeholders.
• Monitor open order report in Full Circle to ensure no orders are left unprocessed.
• Work with a third-party logistics warehouse to ensure orders ship in a timely manner.
• Assist with product setup and maintenance in Shopify.
• Assist Operations and Sales teams with other tasks and projects as needed.
