Qualifications:

• Degree holder
• 5 years relevant experience and 7-9 years overall experience (preferably in BPO setting)
• Continuous Improvement Practitioner and Driver
• Quality Program / Project Manager
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Trained professional with good knowledge of Lean practices
• Strong knowledge of Quality Principles and Techniques essential
• Needs to have worked in a BPO – Operational Excellence (or similar) function
• Certification in Lean and other quality practices added advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Description:

• Drive improvement projects on processes to improve, Cost, Quality, and Client Value
• Oversee the design, development of quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives
• Support business and functional team to achieve quality objectives
• Interact with client / Internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
• Provide support towards continuous improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients
• Lead global projects in BE
• People manager for a team
• Motivate and mentor team members in managing their personal and professional goals
• Drives the BE program for client(s) in site(s)
• Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects for his influence
• Work with Service Delivery Leads / Functional Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing, enhancing, and sharing quality best practices
