Hi Sir Sam,
Yes we have 500sqm cuts of lot in the subdivision. This is the smalllest size that we have priced at P3,288.00 per sqm. The price that you saw (P1,800) is the starting price that we offered when the subdivision project started.It has increased since then. My apologies, I wasn't able to update the ad because I was out of the country for a while. But if you are really interested in our project in the island I can give you a computation and the payment schemes available. Please send me your e-mail address because the info is quite long for this space.
Anyway, we have bank and in-house financing.
We can also request from the developer for an easy payment term for the equity. Thank you Sir and hope that you send me your email address.

Thanks for the swift reply. To answer you question , yes we are interested in purchasing land there. We have just finished building our first house in Lucban and are looking for something else now. Please send me all of the details regarding your subdivision but I had not expected the land to have increased in price so dramatically.

Sir Deody, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, there are still available lots for sale at 500 sqm lot size. The price is P3,288/ sqm. but there might be some price adjustment by June. Sir I will send you the subdivision map later coz I don't have the file right now. By the way when are you coming to manila. You might want to make a side trip to batangas to see the project.I can schedule a tripping for you to the verde island. thanks and good day!
