I am interested in a small lot there on the island but I do not want more than 500m2. I see you are offering the lots for 1800/m2 but what kind of payment terms do you offer?I look forward to hearing from you.Sam

Yes we have 500sqm cuts of lot in the subdivision. This is the smalllest size that we have priced at P3,288.00 per sqm. The price that you saw (P1,800) is the starting price that we offered when the subdivision project started.It has increased since then. My apologies, I wasn't able to update the ad because I was out of the country for a while. But if you are really interested in our project in the island I can give you a computation and the payment schemes available. Please send me your e-mail address because the info is quite long for this space.
Anyway, we have bank and in-house financing.
We can also request from the developer for an easy payment term for the equity. Thank you Sir and hope that you send me your email address.

Thanks for the swift reply. To answer you question , yes we are interested in purchasing land there. We have just finished building our first house in Lucban and are looking for something else now. Please send me all of the details regarding your subdivision but I had not expected the land to have increased in price so dramatically.
