Hi, thanks for your interests with the Property. It's at Riverfront Residences a mid rise condo project. It would be better if if can have a site viewing so you'll have a better picture of it. Lastly, at 3.25M maybe you should make an offer to buy it (with your price) then we'll see if the owner will agreed, that's the way it is.
