for a 2 bedroom unit po at manhattan garden city, monthly ranges from Php 50,000 to Php 55,000 for 5 years. we're offering for NO DOWNPAYMENT AND ZERO INTEREST FOR 5 YEARS! with regards to the maintenance fee it ranges from 30 pesos to 50 pesos per square.

the php as low as 16,000 monthly was under the old financing schemes with a yearly lumpsum amounting to 5% of the total price every 10th month...
