How much percent i need to gave and how long i need to pay i want to know all those things. thanks.
the mode of payment for this property is cash payment or bank financing. with regard to discounts, we can discuss this with the owner of the property after you see/visited the house, if its bank financing, usually 20% downpayment and 80% bank loan depending on the appraise value and the capacity to pay of the buyer and what terms of payment (if its 5,10,15 yrs. to pay) kenchi22 /Jan 4, 2009permalinkreply
