To Whom It May Concern, My fiancé and I are looking for a townhouse. We had visited your website and we're interested to know more about your townhouses. We would like to ask some questions such as: 1. What is the nearest Department Store in your townhouses where we could easily buy our needs? 2. Is the location of the townhouse flood free? 3. Do you have a good or enough supply of water and electricity? 4. What assurance can you give me if I buy one of your units? 5. Is it a crime free area and is there a nearest police station? Our townhouses are located at St. Joseph Street, Rosalia Village 2, Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Philippines. They are inside a gated village with security and newly cemented roads and sewage system - definitely flood free.

They are very near Mindanao, Visayas & Congressional Avenues; Cherry Foodarama, Circle C Mall, St. James Academy, Colegio de San Lorenzo, St. Vincent De Paul Shrine, and the newest Ayala Mall, Trinoma beside the largest mall in the Philippines, SM City North Edsa.

Electricity is provided by the Manila Electric Company and water is supplied by Manila Water, which provides very good water service.

Our townhouses speak for themselves, in fact we already sold 6 of them and only the corner unit is available at 6.5 million pesos.
