ALAN DERBY A. ALFILER, MASEP, MPICE – is one of the youngest practicing Structural Engineer & Project Manager in the country today and the Principal owner of the firm A.D.A. ALFILER + Engineering Consultant.
He is an active life time member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) and an active regular member of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP). He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering at the Saint Louis University, Baguio City in 1989.
As a Structural Engineer for more than 15 years now, Engr. Alfiler was able to personally handle the structural analysis and design of wide variety of projects in more than 500 professional engagements all over the country under his firm. He has been noted for various innovations in structural design and he is regarded as one of the economical designers in the country today in the field of structural engineering.
